How I Work
An orientation to how sessions are held and
what you can expect when working with me.
Rooted in Tantra and spiritual sexuality, my work supports the restoration of natural life force and the body’s capacity to learn, feel, and heal through pleasure.
HOW SESSIONS ARE HELD
This work bridges the ancient and the modern, drawing from Tantric Laya Yoga and shamanic sexuality while informed by trauma-aware, body-based approaches. Sessions are held with clear agreements and careful attention to your body, boundaries, and personal history.
Ann brings both clinical awareness as a registered nurse and years of experience guiding this work with care and discernment.
HOW A SESSION UNFOLDS
We begin with conversation. Before any hands-on work, intentions and boundaries are clearly named and agreed upon. Those agreements remain in place throughout the session.
Sessions are guided by what is present in the moment rather than by a script or fixed agenda.
Practice and technique support awareness and exploration of sensation, breath, touch, and choice.
Attention is given to pacing and what helps the body learn new patterns. Over time, this allows shifts from pain, tension, or numbness into responsiveness, pleasure, vitality, and lasting change.
The work unfolds through presence and listening rather than performance or control.
CONSENT, AGENCY, AND RESPONSIBILITY
Consent and clear agreements are central to my work. Sessions are collaborative and responsibility is shared.
I do not push people to create change, and I do not collude with avoidance or bypass what is asking for attention. I meet you where you are and invite honesty, choice, and real engagement.
This work assumes active participation. I work with adults who engage fully in their own learning and growth.
Nothing is forced.
You remain the authority on your own experience.
My role is to create a container where it is safe to meet yourself honestly and at your own pace. From there, depth, intensity, and vulnerability can emerge without coercion or collapse.
This is not therapy and it is not a guru relationship. It is a grounded, adult collaboration that supports self-trust and responsibility in how you relate to yourself and others.
Most people who come to this work are thoughtful, capable adults who are ready to meet themselves directly.
This work is best suited for people who are willing to slow down, stay present, and engage honestly with their experience rather than looking for quick fixes or performance.
Ann is a safe human being for me to work on with on the most vulnerable aspect of my being – my sexuality and my sense of being a woman in a woman’s body. Ann has created and holds a safe space that offered me an invitation to step into a new place to explore myself. I was able to choose to accept that invitation and I was received with unconditional love and a positive opportunity for self-exploration and self-expression. I let myself go, melting into a neutral presence of the moment.

WORKING WITH DESIRE AND TRAUMA
People come with desires and concerns that touch many parts of life: physical, emotional, relational, and sexual. Some are navigating shutdown or difficulty opening to pleasure. Others want greater pleasure, expanded orgasmic capacity, and deeper experiences of intimacy.
I work with individuals who want to strengthen their relationship to sexual energy and feel more at home in their bodies.
Some come because desire feels distant, confusing, or difficult to access. Others want to expand what is possible.
I also work with couples who care about one another and want greater ease, honesty, connection, and passion in their relationship.
Some seek support because something feels strained or disconnected. Others want to restore erotic charge and experience intimacy without pressure or performance.
For some, this includes a spiritual dimension within their relationship.
What matters is not the form desire takes, but what supports integration, healing, and real movement in your life.
Ann is very skilled at tuning into what is present. As she worked with me, an old pattern naturally came up to be seen. Because of the space she created, I was able to speak openly about it and the trauma it was connected to. She held me safely and helped me drop more fully into my body.

FROM PATTERN TO PRESENCE
At its core, this work is about the difference between pattern and presence.
Pattern is how pain repeats when it has not yet been met. It is familiar and predictable.
We often remain inside it even when it limits pleasure and choice.
These patterns live in the body and show up as tension, distance, shutdown, repetition, or effort that interferes with connection and pleasure.
Presence opens a different possibility. Sensation becomes clearer. Choice expands. Learning happens through direct experience rather than force or control.
My role is to support the shift out of pattern and into presence so vitality and responsiveness can return.
You are going to experience certain milestones which will change your life. A session with Ann is one of those milestones you should experience if you think you have the capacity to embrace it. My soul feels like it has moved into additional space I didn’t know I had. It’s like an addition has been added to my home and it is peaceful yet functional and it has a view of a new world. A hidden valley. Ann pointed out energy I always sensed was there and now I can recognize it and work with it. It is difficult to put into words. Why not be more? Ann simply helps to remove the obstacles so you can step through the gate she opened for you. Whether you step up or step back, the choice is yours.

SEXUAL ENERGY AS CREATIVE ENERGY
Sexual energy is creative life force. It fundamentally shapes our bodies, our relationships, and how we live.
When met consciously, it becomes a source of clarity, vitality, healing, and power. It does not require suppression or performance. It can be cultivated, enjoyed, and consciously directed.
This work supports a mature relationship with life force that includes pleasure, curiosity, play, and depth. As capacity grows, sexual energy becomes something you can relate to and guide intentionally rather than something that runs you or disappears under pressure.
Pleasure here is not performative. It is responsive, grounded, and often surprisingly simple.
Ann’s energy is comforting and full of love, down to earth and open, creating a safe space unlike any other. In this vulnerable container, she guided me beyond physical pleasure into a deeper mental and emotional experience. She helped me let go of fear and open to love and a new kind of sexual bliss and ecstasy.
For the first time, I experienced amrita and ejaculation, and it was truly beautiful.

An Invitation
If this way of working resonates with you, the next step is to complete the intake form.
The intake form is a confidential space to share what you are coming in with and what you would like to learn, deepen, or shift. I review each form carefully, and from there we determine whether working together is a strong fit and what next steps would best support you.
