Ann DeSutter, RN, BSN
Advanced Certified Tantra Educator™
For more than thirty five years,
I have devoted myself to meeting truth in the body and in intimacy through direct experience and ongoing inner work.
I work with sincere people who value depth,
integrity, and real growth through pleasure.
I guide Tantra education and spiritual sexual healing for individuals and couples seeking greater depth, understanding, and freedom in their intimate lives.
My work draws on more than 30 years of clinical, somatic, and relational practice.
This work reflects decades of practice, rigorous training, and lived experience, grounded in deep respect for the body and the responsibility this work carries.
I work across a wide range of experience, from intimacy and primal eroticism to sexual function, trauma resolution, and nervous system regulation.
Desire and full expression are welcome here and are met with skill, presence, and the capacity to hold intensity and depth.
Medical and physiological conditions including erectile changes, pelvic pain, anorgasmia, and shifts in sensation or desire can be addressed in ways that support greater ease, responsiveness, and confidence.
This work rests on an informed awareness of how the nervous system organizes under stress and arousal, without pathologizing or pity.
What matters is not the form longing or desire takes, but what supports healing, integration, and real movement in your life.
At the heart of the work
Sexual energy is creative energy. It shapes our bodies, our relationships, and how we live.
When accessed consciously, eros becomes a source of vitality, clarity, and power.
I am committed to living this work and to supporting others in meeting themselves with that same integrity.
BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE
My work is rooted in long-term practice, rigorous training, and lived experience, with deep respect for the body, its rhythms, and the responsibility this work carries.
It reflects decades of study, practice, and character refinement, shaped not only by formal training across multiple lineages, but by a sustained commitment to living fully and honoring the depth of care this work requires.
I work somatically and energetically, with attention to Reichian patterns and the ways breath, muscular holding, and character structure shape emotional and sexual expression.
My approach is also informed by depth psychology, including Adlerian principles of belonging and purpose, and how early relational experience shapes adult intimacy.
My Temple is in Longmont. I work with clients from Boulder and Denver, throughout Colorado, and internationally.
Sessions take place in my Temple and, for immersive work, in carefully selected destination settings, often in nature, that support rest, regulation, and a sense of adventure.
People who seek this work are often thoughtful, accomplished individuals who want greater honesty, depth, and vitality in how they live and relate.
If you’d like to understand more about how I work or explore the ways we might work together, you’re welcome to continue here.
I had a real fear of the tension and stress building in my system. Ann spoke clearly and kindly about what can cause these kinds of issues.
The work was emotionally deep and brought me into places where I am most vulnerable. Ann worked with me respectfully and compassionately, moving slowly and carefully through what arose, helping release stress and long-held tension.
She maintained a clear and disciplined container, which made it possible for me to integrate the work afterward.
Ann is a blessing. If you have found your way to this work, I strongly recommend working with her.
